Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. The rooms were unique and charming, especially the Quebec City Room and the Montcalm Room, which were the brightest and most charming from what I saw. The kitchenette, small desk, twin beds, and impeccably clean ensuite bathroom made my stay truly comfortable. However, the tiny closet space was a bit limiting. The service was beyond wonderful, starting from the moment I stepped into the building until I reluctantly left. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, completely stepping away from the traditional 'Victorian' style rooms commonly found in Quebec. The location was a dream, being in a wonderful neighborhood with plenty of fabulous restaurants, bars, and shopping options within walking distance. I felt spoiled with the amount of choice around me. The dining was delightful, offering a continental selection with plenty of variety and good value for money. The freshly baked croissants were a personal favorite. As for the facilities, everything was top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel offers unique and nicely detailed rooms that are extremely comfortable. The staff is incredibly nice and provided great suggestions during our stay. The location is perfect for those who enjoy exploring on foot, being close to trendy areas and major tourist attractions. The dining experience is remarkable with a fantastic continental breakfast. A standout choice for a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, just a short walk to Old Quebec City, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. The rooms are cozy and nicely equipped, and the staff is incredibly helpful and bilingual. The dining experience was lovely, and the breakfast options were reasonably priced and well-prepared. However, there could be more variety. Overall, a great value for the money.
I absolutely loved my stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony and a cozy sitting room. The service was top-notch, they paid attention to every detail and made our anniversary trip extra special. The location was perfect, close to local restaurants and museums, offering a delightful vibe away from the typical tourist spots. The dining experience was delightful with the most delicious croissants I've ever had. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish.
This hotel was an absolute gem! The rooms were fantastic, very clean, and tastefully appointed with super comfortable beds, but the ensuite bathroom was a bit small. The service was top-notch, accommodating, and welcoming, creating a homely atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to great dining options, a grocery store, and within walking distance to Old Quebec. The dining experience was delightful, especially the freshly baked croissants. The facilities were excellent overall.
The hotel had comfortable rooms with a cozy spot for enjoying coffee or tea and a mini-fridge available upon reservation. It's conveniently located to Carnaval and Old Quebec, which is a plus. However, the room was unacceptable in some aspects.
